WorkIN Italy is a career guidance service (both online and in person) designed to help you understand how to navigate the Italian labour market and turn your skills, experiences and goals into a concrete and credible professional pathway in Italy.

Who it is for

The service is aimed at international students and international graduates of the University of Bologna who wish to:

  • clarify their next steps towards employment

  • improve their job applications according to Italian standards

  • gain a better understanding of sectors, companies and opportunities in the local context

  • effectively highlight their skills and professional objectives

What we can help you with

During the meetings you can receive support on:

  • Curriculum vitae (CV) in the Italian format
    We help you create or revise your CV so that it is clear, complete and aligned with the expectations of Italian employers.
  • Personalised career guidance and advice
    Targeted one-to-one guidance to define your goals, job search strategies, strengths and areas for development.
  • Understanding the professional landscape
    Information on the main economic sectors and companies in the area, to help you better understand roles, required profiles and real opportunities.

 

How it works

The service is available both online and in person.
To take part, booking is required via Studenti Online, in the Bookings section. 

When it is available

The service is offered across all University campuses, online and in personevery Monday from 10:00 to 16:00, with variable schedules.

Meeting duration: approximately 45 minutes

Follow-up: if needed, a second in-depth follow-up meeting can be arranged.
