SkillGameLab is a free experiential programme that, through play, helps you develop key soft skills essential for approaching the job market. Board games or online games, collaborative activities and role plays become opportunities to bring out your potential, recognise the skills you already have, and strengthen new ones.

Each SkillGameLab is organised in collaboration with Laborplay, a company specialised in HR gamification. The programme lasts 16 hours and consists of four modules of 4 hours each. Every module is dedicated to one area of the PLAY competency model developed by Laborplay:

Before participating, you will take an online test on your gaming habits to understand which PLAY areas you are strongest in and which ones you can improve. The test link will be sent to you one week before the start of the programme.
