If you’ve ever wondered how that product in your online shopping cart gets from Amazon to you, now is your chance to see for yourself. The scale can be difficult to grasp. Many FCs span the equivalent of 28 football fields and can hold tens of millions of items at a time. Our amazing employees pick, pack, and ship Amazon customer orders at more than 175 similar facilities worldwide.
Go behind the scenes at our Fulfillment Centers to see how Amazon delivers for customers around the world. This one-hour tour follows products from the moment they arrive at FCs to when they're shipped to our customers. Tour Leaders take guests through core FC processes by combining 360-degree footage, video, and live broadcasts from multiple FCs to replicate the experience of our in-person tours. It showcases some of the 150+changes we've made to keep employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as a interactive Q&A. The tour is free and open to all members of the public.
